Cheesy Tomato Pie with Bacon

pie crust

bacon, cooked
1/3
cup
mayonnaise

leaves
fresh basil

tsp
onion powder
2
tomatoes, sliced
4
ounces
mozzarella cheese ball, sliced
4
ounces
fontina cheese, sliced
1/4
cup
Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4
cup
Asiago cheese, grated
to taste
salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Thaw pie crust.
Layer bottom of pie crust with mozzarella cheese then bacon.
Combine mayo and onion powder and spread over top of the bacon.
Add a layer of basil then slices from one tomato.
Cover tomatoes with fontina cheese and then top with another layer of tomatoes.
Add salt & pepper to taste preference
Top with grated cheeses.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese turns slightly brown on top.
Notes
You can use any type of tomatoes to make this recipe but if they are super juicy, you might want to remove the pulp and seeds.
