Chick-Fil-A, You ROCK!
December 22, 2010
Today me and my girl had some last-minute Christmas shopping to finish up. I promised my little llama that if she was good at the Shop-O-Rama then we would have a treat afterwards: Chick-Fil-A!
I love Chick-Fil-A! We don’t go there a lot but when we do go, it is always a treat. I’m always impressed by their customer service. Every employee is always SUPER friendly and SUPER helpful! Today was no different.
So, here are the things that they did today that made our trip extra special.
1) My order was FREE! They let me use a ton of coupons. They took my expired calendar coupons with a smile. Literally! Matt told me that I could use as many coupons as I wanted. I didn’t even have to pay tax. Apparently this is true at all Chick-Fil-A locations. Music to my ears! I’ve even heard that they will let you substitute coupons for other items, but I haven’t tried that just yet.
2) Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake. Need I say more?!
3) The Chick-Fil-A cow was dressed as Santa. The little girl was smitten. She followed him around everywhere. When she wasn’t physically following him, she was watching him with her eyes. She loves the cows! Personally, I love all their little quotes and cute misspellings. My favorite one this holiday is…. Burgerz: Nawtee / Chikin: Nice (LOL!)
4) Employees ‘o plenty. They always have plenty of help, which makes service fast and efficient. Even though Chick-Fil-A is a counter-service restaurant they still have folks coming around to make sure you have everything you need and to bus your table. Best of all, they are honestly HAPPY to do so.
5) Balloons. Nothing makes my kid happier than a balloon. Plus, when she asked specifically for a “dark blue one”, the lady said “A dark blue one? It’s my pleasure!”
Thank you, Chick-Fil-A, for making our day extra special! You ROCK!
