A Girl and Her Library Books

On Mondays, while tLG is at her Engineering for Kids class, I run over to the library and load up on books for the week. I try to pick a variety of picture books, chapter books, and non-fiction books. Ideally, I would like them to last until the following Monday but, inevitably, this is what happens as soon as we get home. Tonight, she’s already polished off 6 new books.

I have no idea what I’ve done to have a kid who enjoys reading this much. If I ever figure it out, I’ll be happy to share. Honestly, I think she just takes after her mama. Either way, I’m not complaining. I think it’s fantastic and I hope she always enjoys reading this much.
